Building support networks and getting help when you need it

Welcome!

Support networks help families get through life’s ups and downs. Children benefit from having their own trusted circle of people they feel connected to and can turn to when they need support.

This pathway explores ways you can build your own support network and help your child identify the people they can rely on and feel supported by.
