Creating family routines to support children's mental health

Welcome!

Predictable routines help children feel secure and create space for family connection. Keeping routines as consistent as possible, especially during tough times or when there's lots of change, helps children adjust and protects their mental health.

This pathway offers tips for sticking to routines when you can, as well as restarting or creating new family routines and rituals when the time is right.
